Job Title: Vendor Relationship Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re looking for Offshore Vendor Relationship Managers (RM) based in Delhi or NCR region in India for one of UAE’s fastest growing logistics marketplace and digital platform company.

Primary role of the RM will be to build and maintain relationships with top-tier Relocation companies in Logistics space (e.g. GAC, AGS, ISS, Santa Fe, Writer etc.) and help maximize the offerings by these companies from the platform.

RM would be involved in the entire relationship management process - from identifying new leads, setting up meetings, finalizing agreements to close deals, post-sales servicing of clients like sending reports, positioning of products etc. and deepening of existing relationships. 

The role is target based and initial responsibilities will include but not limited to identifying and generating new contacts in Logistics companies. This will include calling and emailing clients to setup meetings, giving online demo of the platform and onboarding new Clients (which will be a registered Relocation company in UAE & Dubai markets). Simultaneously, a portfolio of existing partner companies will also be given for day-to-day management and deepening of relationship by cross-selling other value added products.   

RM will have huge opportunities for growth and will be exposed to every function within the company so that they gain maximum exposure on running a tech / marketing company.
